  PERL is in the heart of Paris, the Political, economic and cultural capital in France. The language school is located in the charming and lively 11th arrondissement, 2 minutes from the Père Lachaise cemetery and a short metro ride from the Opera, the Champs Elysées and the Latin Quarter.
